Downloading the cross-references on some PCs
You may need to right-click on the link and select Save Target As. If
you are asked for a network password, select Cancel and the file should
download. Alternatively if the file opens in a browser window you should
be able to save it as an Excel file.
Downloading the cross-references on older Macs
You may need to hold down the Control key while clicking on the link and
then select 'Download to Disk'. You may then need to open the file from
within Excel.
The Excel files are designed to print at 85% or less on A4 landscape
paper.
You may need to adjust the percentage setting to ensure (in print preview)
that all
the section references align horizontally with the descriptions. When
working on
screen you may need to try different zoom settings to achieve this alignment
and
to ensure all the text in cells is visible. |
