SMP Interact for key stage 3: assessment packs

These high quality packs
• save hours of preparation
• are flexible and easy to use
• follow the structure of the SMP Interact books so assessment relates
to recent learning and so can be used to help focus subsequent teaching
• allow progress to be recorded in terms of national curriculum levels

Each pack contains photocopiable masters, five copies of the teacher's
guide and a CD-ROM.

The masters comprise
• pupils' answer sheets for mental questions
• write-on assessments for most chapters ('units')
• non-calculator assessments, each covering a group of units

The teacher's guide contains
• advice on using the resources in the pack
• teacher's scripts for the mental questions
• answers and national curriculum levels for the unit assessments and
non-calculator assessments

The CD-ROM contains
• PDFs of all the masters – so you can always find them!
• The unit and non-calculator assessments as Word files so you can
compile and edit tests on screen to meet your school's needs
• The teacher's guide in PDF form
